Yangzhou Hengtong Gloves and Caps Co., Ltd. is one of the largest professional manufactory of caps and clothing in Jiangsu Province of China. We have been doing own designing, producing and exporting business since we established in 1994. Our manufactory is located in Bali town, economic and developing area of Yangzhou City. The local traffic system is very convenience, only takes about three hours driving to shanghai city. The area of our manufactory is about 55,000 square meters, including 30,000 square meters building area. There are four branches under the control of our manufactory, which are clothing caps factory, knitting factory, Huaian Hengtong caps factory and shanghai office. We have 1,200 employees; including 60 staff having the education background of undergraduate and 80 technicians with high-designing ability. Our Manufactory has brought in advanced equipments and technology form South Korea, Japan and Taiwan. There are 60 producing lines, 30 computer control circular knitting machines, 80 computer control straight knitting machines, 40 large-models computer control embroidering machines, 20 'daojin' band automatic gloves-knitting machines and 8 refined-knitting scarf machines in our manufactory. Last year, we had output one million dozens of clothing caps, half million dozens knitting productions, 300,000 dozens gloves and one million pieces of scarves. Our main production: Clothing caps series include baseball caps, casual caps and fishing caps; knitting series have knitting caps, non-logo knitting caps, figured knitting production, Polyester knitting production, children and adult knitting pack; refined scarf series have wool scarf, gloves series include figured gloves, normal gloves and magical gloves. Our production has a good market in many countries and areas, such as European Union, America, Asia, Africa, etc. Our customers are very satisfying with the high-quality of the production and service. In 2006, our factory sales of the production have achieved over 100 million RMB. We focus on quality management and the development of eco-environment. Now we've already got the certification of ISO9000 Quality Authentication System and GB/T24001-2000 Environment Management System.
